Last Revised: October 24, 2023
Welcome to OreBridge Online. By accessing our digital trading suite or utilizing our geological data tools, you're agreeing to be legally bound by these terms. We don't take your trust lightly.
1. Platform Access and Eligibility
Registration as a certified trader requires verification of business credentials. Why do we do this? To preserve the integrity of our high-stakes B2B marketplace. Users must be at least 18 years old and represent a verified commercial entity.
2. Escrow & Secure Transactions
All wholesale transactions facilitated via OreBridge Online utilize our proprietary multi-stage secure facilitation. Funds are held in strictly regulated accounts until the physical arrival and assay verification of the mineral consignment are confirmed at the designated port of entry.
3. Geological Data & Intellectual Property
The subsurface models and analytical datasets provided remain the exclusive property of OreBridge Online. You're granted a limited, non-transferable license for use in procurement decision-making only. Redistribution or scraping of this data? That's strictly prohibited.
4. Liability and Compliance
We're based in Melbourne, and our operations strictly adhere to Australian Trade Law and international mining regulations. While we facilitate connections, the ultimate quality of the physical ore rests with the certified supplier under their respective guarantees.
